HOW THE DESIGN DESK WORKS

One queue. Clear priorities. A team that keeps the context.

Reserved daily capacity gives recurring graphic design a dependable working rhythm. The scope, ready-to-use inputs and your review process determine how quickly each task can move.

Review the workload

Tell us what keeps returning, which channels it must work in and where the current process gets stuck.

Choose the right route

Reserve an Execution, Directed or Dedicated Desk, scope a Studio Pod, or agree a defined project. Qualified teams can apply for the paid pilot.

Load one queue

Supply the brief, copy, source files, references and production specifications. Confirm a clear order of priorities.

Create and review

Your designer moves the active work forward within the daily capacity. Share consolidated feedback; PM and art direction support the plans that include them.

Deliver and continue

Approve and receive the agreed files for their intended use. The next priority moves forward with the brand context already in place.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Unused hours do not carry over. A larger catalogue, identity or campaign can take several days; a daily hour allocation is not a same-day delivery guarantee.

Start with the real workload.

The right route depends on how often work arrives, how much creative direction it needs, and the capacity needed to keep it moving.
